The variety of property maintenance issues can be represented by a pyramid. At the top, there are few issues that can directly or indirectly be life-threatening. Then as the life-safety seriousness of the issues gets less, the quantity increases all the way to the bottom where there are many issues that offend individuals but do not constitute code violations. We perform code compliance at the level the community expects and can readily afford.
